“I feel far more aligned with my purpose and the intrinsic Self.” - Andrea (France)
I’ve recently finished an online programme with Caroline and I hope that my words will express the depth of gratitude that I feel for the quality of presence and support that she displays.
What I particularly appreciated was Caroline’s capacity for channeling unconditional love.
From the first session I felt enveloped and supported by an invisible force which accompanied me as I delved into the depths of my Psyche, including the hidden emotions and limiting beliefs which have for so long governed my behaviour.
Coming through the other side I feel far more aligned with my purpose and the intrinsic Self. In addition Caroline’s capacity for questioning her own perspective played a strong supporting role in our exchanges.'
“Caroline has helped me get to the root of my problems” - Lisa (UK)
The programme I embarked on with Caroline was to help me to understand my chronic fatigue, which conventional and other therapies failed to help with.
She has helped me and encouraged me to look at life , using meditations, tapping, and Somatic therapies, to help me get to the root of my problems.
Her approach is very gentle, kind and non-judgmental. I truly believe working with Caroline , this has enabled me to work on myself , and has put me on the road to understand myself, my thought, my emotions and my behaviours. And has given me tools to help me day to day with my underlying health issues.
I would highly recommend Caroline.'
“I feel so much more grounded” - Alison (UK)
I started a programme with Caroline at a time when I just didn’t know or understand who I was anymore.
I felt overwhelmed and anxious and my overthinking was all consuming. Time with Caroline has given me much needed space and opportunity to focus on myself, rediscover who I am and have strategies (journaling, meditation, tapping etc ) to manage those aspects that were once all consuming.
Caroline has helped me to understand how difficult events in my past were affecting my inner worth. She has brought a sense of healing from these which has positively impacted my self-worth, confidence and self-esteem. I feel so much more grounded. If you’re feeling lost, I highly recommend reaching out to Caroline. I’m so glad that I did.
Her guidance and support has been invaluable.'

CALME has been created with people who are living with persistent pain, fatigue, anxiety and the impact these symptoms can have on everyday life in mind.
If you feel overwhelmed by your symptoms, disconnected from your body, constantly “on alert”, or simply exhausted from trying to manage everything, CALME may offer a different way of approaching your wellbeing.
The programme focuses on understanding your nervous system, developing greater body awareness and learning practical tools that may help you support yourself with more calm and compassion.
CALME isn't a medical treatment and isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. It can sit alongside appropriate medical or therapeutic support.
If you've been living with pain, fatigue or anxiety for a while, there's a good chance you've already tried a lot.
And you may be wondering, “Why would this be any different?”
CALME isn't about promising another quick fix or telling you that one particular technique will solve everything.
Instead, it gives you a framework for understanding yourself — your nervous system, your body's signals, your patterns, your lifestyle and your relationship with yourself.
You'll be introduced to a range of practical approaches and encouraged to explore what feels supportive for you.
There is no expectation that everything will work for everyone.
The aim is to help you develop your own understanding and toolkit, rather than become dependent on another person or another “perfect” solution.
CALME is designed to give you both understanding and practical tools that you can take into everyday life.
You'll explore:
How your nervous system works and how it responds to stress
Ways to support nervous-system regulation
Greater awareness of your body's signals and patterns
EFT, grounding, breathing and other practical techniques
The role of lifestyle factors such as rest, sleep, movement and boundaries
How your thoughts and beliefs can influence your experience
Self-compassion and developing a kinder relationship with yourself
How to recognise what you need and respond accordingly
Ways to build your own personal toolkit of supportive practices
The intention isn't for you to finish the programme with more things you have to do.
It's for you to finish with more understanding, more awareness and more choice.
Then CALME is designed with you in mind.
When you're already dealing with fatigue, pain or anxiety, the last thing you need is another programme that makes you feel like you're failing because you can't keep up.
CALME takes a gentle and flexible approach.
You don't have to do everything perfectly. You don't have to complete every exercise. And you don't have to force yourself through something simply because it's on a schedule.
Some days you may have more capacity. Other days you may need to rest.
That isn't failure — that's part of listening to your body.
The goal is to find small, manageable ways of supporting yourself that can become part of your life, rather than creating another source of pressure.
